  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all modular components and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the gear's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
